Successful 2013 IPTC

    国际石油技术大会（简称2013 IPTC）于3月26日至3月28日在北京国际会议中心成功举办，为春天的北京送上温暖的祝福。工作团队为本次大会提供会议、展览、住宿及餐饮全程服务。在前期一年多的准备周期中工作团队抱着真诚合作态度与组委会进行认真、细致的沟通与洽商。工作团队依托企业优势和专业的技术力量逐一解决举办本次大会的各个难点。包括：通过搭建户外临展大厅增加展览面积；与相邻单位协调租用临时停车场解决停车位不足的问题；通过安全规划解决酒店装修与中外贵宾入住协调的问题；整合会展资源实现展览区、会议区、电子论文展示区、住宿区、餐饮区整体运行最佳模式；通过网络系统及专业软件实现网络电子论文传输、学术演讲上传等技术难题。特装展陈综合设计与管理形成整体优势，是本次展会亮点频出。另外，工作团队还为大会提供现场注册、住房预订、信息咨询一体化服务，大会近2000人注册顺利完成。IPTC组委会、中石油、埃克森美孚、壳牌等大会组织者、参与者、赞助商对大会的整体接待工作十分满意，并表示愿意继续合作。

  The International Petroleum Technology Conference (2013 IPTC) was successfully held in the Beijing International Convention Center from 26th to 28th March, 2013, bringing a warm blessing to the city in spring. Our team provided an overall service for the event, covering conference, exhibition, accommodation and food & beverage. During the preparation over a year, the team sincerely collaborated with the Organization Committee and made carefully and meticulously communication and consultation. Supported by our corporate excellence and professional power, the working team had tackled a number of difficulties encountered in the process of event engineering and arrangement, including exhibition space expansion by means of outdoor tent build-up; addressing the insufficient parking lot by coordinating and leasing of temporary parking space from neighboring unit; safety planning for reconciliation of hotel decoration engineering and accommodation of foreign and Chinese VIPs; realization of an optimized mode for the overall operation of various areas through integration of exhibition and conference resources, including exhibition spaces, convention spaces, e-poster areas, accommodation areas and food & beverage areas; and solving technical difficulties such as e-paper internet transmission and up-loading of technical presentations by use of internet system and professional software. The integral predominance in the comprehensive design and management of specially build-up stands was highlighted frequently in the event. Additionally, the working team provided a service integrated with on-site registration, hotel reservation and consultation together to ensure a smoothly completion of registration for near 2000 participants. The organizers, participants and sponsors such as IPTC Organization Committee, CNPC, ExxonMobil and Shell are very satisfied with the overall reception & arrangement for the event and interested in future cooperation.
